GetHomeQuotes is a lead generation and matching service. We are not a contractor, do not perform any renovation work, and do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any contractor.

3. Eligibility

To use our service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a homeowner or authorized representative of a property
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Be located in the United States
• Have a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS

4. How the Matching Service Works

When you submit a quote request:

1. We receive your project information and contact details
2. We match you with up to 3 licensed contractors in our network who serve your area and specialize in your project type
3. We send you an SMS confirmation and notify you before contractors contact you
4. Matched contractors may contact you by phone, SMS, or email to schedule a consultation or provide a quote
5. You choose whether to proceed with any contractor — there is no obligation

5. Free Service — No Purchase Required

GetHomeQuotes is completely free for homeowners. We are compensated by contractors who pay to be part of our network. This compensation does not influence our matching process or the quality standards we apply to contractors.

6. Contractor Standards

We work to maintain a network of quality contractors. However, GetHomeQuotes does not:

• Employ, supervise, or control any contractor
• Guarantee the quality, timeline, or pricing of any contractor's work
• Verify every license or insurance certificate in real time
• Warranty any work performed by matched contractors

We recommend you independently verify a contractor's license, insurance, and references before hiring. Any agreement for renovation work is directly between you and the contractor.

7. User Obligations

When using our service you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project and contact details
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
• Not use our service for commercial or non-residential purposes
• Treat matched contractors with respect and professionalism
• Not harass, abuse, or misrepresent yourself to contractors

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GetHomeQuotes to:

• Submit requests on behalf of others without authorization
• Test or probe our systems for vulnerabilities
• Collect contractor contact information for unauthorized purposes
• Submit multiple requests for the same project to manipulate our system
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

9. Intellectual Property

All content on gethomequotes.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Commerce Neo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetHomeQuotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Matched contractors will contact you within any specific timeframe
• Any contractor will be available for your project
• Quotes received will meet your budget expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commerce Neo and GetHomeQuotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any contractor's work, including but not limited to renovation defects, scheduling issues, or financial losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commerce Neo, GetHomeQuotes, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. TCPA Compliance

Our SMS communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. By providing your mobile phone number, you provide prior express written consent to receive SMS messages as described in Section 3 above. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
